Do you think the constant fighting between Clinton and Obama will hurt the Democratic nominee’s chances of actually winning the race for president?

Do you pick the city to live in or does the city pick you
I was thinking, do people pick a city to live in or near and then find a job in that city or does the job pick the city for them. In my case, I moved to the DC area to be with my fiancée and found a job there. But I know friends who lived in places then got a job offer in a different city, so they moved based on there job. I know there are different factors for everyone, but over all I wonder why people end up in the cities they do.

David Cook is good but not that good…
Last night while the judges praised David Cook on his arrangement of Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean, did no one pickup on the fact that all he did is cover the Chris Cornell version of Billie Jean? I think he sang it extremely well and deserves to be there but I think it was a ballsy move considering the fact that he was accused of ripping off the band DOXOLOGY version of Eleanor Rigby.
Do you think someone should call him out on it or should they sweep it under the rug?

Celebrity Sex tapes
Ok for this posting I just have a question.
Celebrity Sex Tapes, yet another one might being surfacing, a Kristin Davis sex tape (aka Charlotte from Sex and the City. So my question is do you think Celebrities leak their own sex tapes or do you really think they are legitimately stolen?

Bad Parenting
OK, I'm at a pizza place last night picking up dinner for my girlfriend and me. I'm standing in line and some 11-12 year old kids are playing around being kind of loud and rude. Whatever it's a pizza joint doesn't really matter. So, one of these kids has a super ball on a string and he's playing with it. Now I'm at the register paying for my dinner, and I something hit me hard in the back of the head, so I whip around, knowing fully knowing I'd just been smacked with the super ball in the back of my head. Well, when I turn around to say something to the kid, the mother is standing next to him. Before I could even open my mouth, this crusty old bitch says, "Well what do you expect he’s a kid."
There are very few times in my life I've been speechless and this would be one of them. I mean is she serious? I wanted to say I expect you to have some control over your kid. If I had turned around and she said "oh my gosh I'm so sorry," I would have been pissed but fine because at least she said she's sorry (for her kid). I don’t know if it was the way I was raised, but when I was a kid I would never dream of misbehaving while I was in public with either of my parents. I'm not a parent so I don’t know how my parents taught me to be like this. So long and short of the story is when I left the pizza place I don’t know if I was angrier at the kid for hitting me with the super ball or the mom for what she said.
Is it me or has parenting gone downhill?

American Idol Cuts Down To 12
Last night, "American Idol's" pool of potential winners got a little bit smaller, cutting from sixteen to twelve. And the lucky finalists have the most colorful backgrounds of any season to date.
Syesha Mercado, for instance, is a 21-year-old actress with past acting credits including a Ford Automobile commercial, while David Archuleta, a seventeen-year-old crooner, has a 2003 "Star Search" win under his belt.
And that’s not all… David Hernandez was outed by his former Dick’s Cabaret manager as having done some stripping in his pre-Idol days. But he still made the cut.
During last night’s elimination round, Kady Malloy, Luke Menard, Asia’h Epperson, and Danny Noriega were all given the boot, leaving a dozen contestants to carry on in next week’s competition. As a side note, they’ll be singing Lennon-McCartney Beatles songs, as a result of a long negotiation process with Sony/ATV Music Publishing (of which Michael Jackson is a part).
The remaining American Idols are as follows:
- David Archuleta, 17, Murray, Utah
- Jason Castro, 20, Rockwall, Texas
- David Cook, 25, Blue Springs, Mo.
- Kristy Lee Cook, 24, Selma, Ore.
- Chikezie Eze, 22, Inglewood, Calif.
- David Hernandez, 24, Glendale, Ariz.
- Michael Johns, 29, Los Angeles
- Ramiele Malubay, 20, Miramar, Fla.
- Syesha Mercado, 21, Sarasota, Fla.
- Amanda Overmyer, 23, Mulberry, Ind.
- Carly Smithson, 24, San Diego
- Brooke White, 24, Mesa, Ariz
Do you think America made the right choice?
